Herewith we would like to inform you that we are restructuring our Service at the moment.

In order to extend our scope of service as well as to shorten response times and periods of repairs, we decided to combine the two existing service departments to one customer-oriented and high-performance service center. We will extend our worldwide service. For a better coordination of this service in future, the commercial area will be settled in our main plant in Bochum. For this the closeness to the technical department and the production is especially advantageous. The dis- and remounting area is still settled in Mendig and will successively be dislocated to our head office. In future, our service will comprise inspection, maintenance and repairs of Jahnel-Kestermann and non-Jahnel-Kestermann gearboxes as well as delivery of spare parts, damage analyses, delivery exchange gearboxes, Upgrades and preventive maintenance.
